1. No Returns
Currently, Smell Kill does not accept product returns.
Once an order has been successfully placed and processed, the product cannot be returned for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect product selection, or personal preference.
We therefore request customers to carefully review the product details, quantity, size, and delivery information before completing their purchase.
2. No Refunds
Currently, Smell Kill does not offer refunds for successfully placed orders.
Once payment has been completed and the order has been confirmed, the order amount is generally non-refundable.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Product
If you receive a product that appears to be damaged during delivery or you receive an incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving the order.
Please provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging
We will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution on a case-by-case basis.
4. Delivery Issues
If a package is delayed, lost, or faces a delivery issue, please contact us with your order details. We may coordinate with the relevant shipping partner to investigate the matter.
Delivery timelines can vary depending on the location and shipping partner.
5. Cancellation
Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
If you need to request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible after placing the order. Any cancellation request will be reviewed based on the current status of the order.
6. Payment
Currently, Smell Kill accepts the online payment methods available through the payment gateway displayed at checkout.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available.
